Noam Tractinsky

Research

My research interests relate to human use of information technology (IT). I've been involved in some of  the early studies on visual aesthetics of interactive technology. Other current research interests and projects:

  • The concepts of usability and user experience (UX), their measures and implications for design.
  • People's ability to use IT (e.g., cell-phones) while walking and driving.
  • Designing and studying the effects of computerized interventions in reminiscence therapy for Alzheimer’s patients.
